Magrini warrants its Booster seats to be free from defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use and service, for one year from the date of delivery when installed and maintained according to Magrini’s instructions. This warranty does not cover disposable bed liners, product abuse and misuse, theft, vandalism, tampering, where units are subject to loads in excess of recommended maximum loads or improper installation. Magrini’s liability is limited to repair or replacement with respect to any claim.
